Papier Mache Monsters
The eight grade students will wrap up their 3-D monster projects this week by adding their finishing details with paint and glue. When they are completed, all of the classes will vote to recognize the top three monster designs. I will post the winners on my blog at the end of the month. We will also begin a new design lesson this week. Students will work independently to design (hand-drawn) commencement logos and motifs for their Graduation Program. They will use the computer to select fonts for the lettering. One winner will be selected and honored by having their design showcased on the 2012 Eighth Grade Graduation Program Cover.
